Does Bingle have a phone number?

Bingle is an online only insurer which means we don't have a phone number or call centres. This allows us to keep offering affordable car insurance.

Don't worry - if you ever have to make a claim and need to talk to someone, there's a dedicated claims team who will help you out once you've lodged your claim online.

How can I update my policy?

Log in to Bingle to update your details, add or remove listed drivers, add optional extras, swap your car, download documents, pay your renewal and more.

What if I have to make a claim?

You can quickly and easily lodge a claim here. Once you've made your claim, we'll stay in touch with you each step of the way with emails, SMS and status updates in the My Policy section of our website. The Bingle claims teams are also available 24/7 for any other support.

Does Bingle have online chat?
